The 2009 Mayor Joe Serna, Jr. Scholarship Dinner was a huge success! Thank you to everyone involved.
For the 15th year in a row, the SHCC awarded deserving Hispanic students scholarships to help pay for their education. This year, $46,000 in scholarships was awarded. See below for a complete list of the winners.
